Ahmed El Deeb

Ahmed El Deeb, MBA, SCP-SHRM, CHRM, serves as HR Manager for Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ahmed held the position of Talent Management Head at Abu Dhabi Media from June 2021 to January 2023, where strategic initiatives led to significant cost savings and improved recruitment efficiency. Experience also includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner at Emirates Driving Company and Head of Human Resources at the International Hospital of Bahrain, where accomplishments included pandemic risk planning and achieving accreditation standards. Educational qualifications comprised an MBA in Human Resources Management from The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, along with a post-graduate diploma from The American University in Cairo and a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Zagazig University.
