ALA Architects Ltd is a Helsinki based architecture firm founded by 
Juho Grönholm, Antti Nousjoki, Janne Teräsvirta and Samuli Woolston in 2005.

ALA believes in beauty created in a practical, efficient and analytical design approach. The base of the work is in profound understanding of design and construction- ability to build for real.

The goal is to find the real potentials and problems inherent in every task and to create on them.

ALA operates internationally developing new solutions from conceptual studies through urban design  to products and finished construction details. The office co-operates with other disciplines to reach the best solutions for every detail. The client is kept closely involved in the process from the start.

ALA has won several prizes and honorary mentions in Finnish and international architecture competitions.
