Parthi Duraisamy has had a varied career in the business and technology industries. In 2021, they became the CEO & Co-founder of Alaan, a company that puts Middle Eastern businesses in control of their spend. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they held the roles of Senior Engagement Manager and Associate. From 2009 to 2016, they were an Assistant Vice President and Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank. Before that, from 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer at Airbus.
Parthi Duraisamy began their education in 2003 at Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Girinagar. In 2005, they graduated from National University of Singapore with a degree in Electrical Engineering (Minor in Management), with Honours. In 2008, they attended Technical University of Munich and earned a degree in Electrical Engineering, Innovation Management. From 2014 to 2016, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2022, they will begin attending Y Combinator for their W23 program.
