Karen Becker

Karen Becker has extensive experience in information technology leadership within the higher education sector. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Information Officer and Vice Chancellor at the Alabama Community College System since July 2018, Karen previously held the position of Associate Chief Information Officer at the University of Georgia from March 2016 to July 2018. Prior roles include University Information System Director at Auburn University from August 2008 to March 2016 and Senior Project Manager at SunGard Higher Education from 1999 to 2008. Karen holds a degree in Education from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Science in Training and Development from Georgia State University.
