Keith Phillips

Keith Phillips is the Vice Chancellor of Workforce and Economic Development at the Alabama Community College System, a position held since November 2020. Simultaneously, Keith serves as the Executive Director and previously as Director at the Alabama Technology Network since 2009. Prior experience includes serving as City President at MidSouth Bank in Dothan, Alabama, from July 2001 to February 2009. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Auburn University between 1993 and 1995.
