Chuck Hale, ACAS, MAAA, MBA, currently serves as an actuary at the Alabama Department of Insurance since January 2021. Previously, Chuck Hale worked for Kerper & Bowron LLC from January 2011 to January 2021, where responsibilities included data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL to determine rate indications and reserve levels. Earlier experience includes teaching math at Central Middle School in Coosa County from August 2009 to May 2010 and at Lincoln High School from August 2006 to May 2009. Chuck Hale holds an MBA in Business Administration from Jacksonville State University (1994-1996) and a BS in Statistics and Math from the University of South Alabama (1989-1994), along with a high school diploma from Lincoln High School (1982-1986).
