Gavin Graf

Gavin Graf is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in project management and cancer prevention initiatives. Currently serving as Project Director at the Alabama Department of Public Health since January 2015, Gavin oversees electronic health record activities and implements healthcare technologies. Previous roles include Branch Director for the Cancer Prevention Branch, where responsibilities encompassed grant development and execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring in collaboration with the CDC. Gavin has also contributed to the Alabama Comprehensive Cancer Control Program as a Program Manager, acquiring significant funding and promoting cancer prevention efforts. Prior experience includes positions at The McCarty Corporation and Magnolia Manor, exhibiting strong leadership, project coordination, and regulatory compliance skills. Gavin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Science from Columbus State University.
