Kimberly Nix Brown has held various roles in property management and real estate since the early 1990s. Currently, Kimberly serves as an Administrative Support Assistant in Home Health at the Alabama Department of Public Health. Prior to this, Kimberly managed Affordable Housing Senior properties for AHEPA Management Company and conventional housing for LIPM Property Management. Kimberly also has experience as a Property Manager for a Hud regulated Affordable Housing properties and as an Assistant Manager for conventional properties. Additionally, Kimberly has worked as a Realtor and Onsite Leasing Representative. Kimberly obtained their education from Troy State University of Montgomery.
