Veronica R Ware

Veronica R Ware has extensive experience in administrative support and customer service. Since March 2016, Veronica has been serving as an Administrative Support Assistant II at the Alabama Department of Public Health. Prior to this, a career in customer service was established at WOW! (formerly Knology; Graceba) from September 2006 to September 2014 and at Time Warner Cable from March 1993 to May 2006. Earlier roles include working as an Order Filler and Inventory Control specialist at Mass Merchandisers, Inc. from May 1985 to July 1991, and serving as a Tactical Wire Operations Specialist in the US Army from March 1983 to March 1989. Education was completed at the US Army Signal Regiment, earning a diploma in Tactical Wire Operations between 1983 and 1986.
