Roy Arthur Willis

Roy Arthur Willis has extensive experience in fire service leadership, currently serving as Section Chief of Training at Alabama Fire College since August 2018. Previously, Roy held the position of Fire Chief at Oneonta Fire Department from August 2013 to July 2018. Prior to that, a role as Assistant Fire Chief was undertaken at Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service from May 2011 to August 2013, following a tenure as Battalion Chief from June 2003 to May 2011 at the same organization. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Economics from Auburn University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Administration from Athens State University.
