Keri Richburg is an experienced education professional with a strong background in mathematics education. Currently serving as an Education Administrator and Education Specialist at the Alabama State Department of Education since January 2023, Keri previously held various roles at Troy University from August 2014 to December 2022, including Lecturer and P12/Secondary Program Coordinator, where significant courses taught include EDU 3310 and MTH 2251. Keri also worked as an AMSTI Math Specialist, mentoring high school math teachers, and as an Adjunct Professor teaching college-level mathematics. Earlier experience includes serving as the Troy Kids Director at Troy Church and holding adjunct professor positions at Shelton State Community College and Tuscaloosa County Schools. Keri holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics Teacher Education from Auburn University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from The University of Alabama.
