Brandon Ross, Ed.D. is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in school administration and counseling. Currently serving as a School Principal for Richland School District 2 since July 2023, Brandon previously held the position of School Principal at the School District of Newberry County from July 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Brandon worked in various roles at Richland School District 2 from July 2014 to August 2022, including Assistant Principal, Assistant Administrator, Professional School Counselor, and Career Development Facilitator. Brandon's background also includes experience as an Adult Education Counselor with the Central Midlands Council of Governments from September 2012 to August 2014. Educational achievements consist of a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Carolina, as well as two Master of Education degrees—one in Educational Leadership and Administration and another in Counselor Education/School Counseling. Brandon also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Carolina.
