Keith Phillips

Executive Director at Alabama Technology Network

Keith Phillips serves as the Executive Director where he takes the goals and vision of ATN and makes them a reality with a commitment to assist the workforce development efforts in the state.

Keith began his career with ATN in 2009, where he served as the Eufaula Center Director. Due to his inspirational leadership and financial information that levers business, he was promoted to Director of Operations in 2015.

Respected as a voice in decision making, strategic business moves, and establishing governance boundaries, Keith rose to be Interim President in 2016.

Today as Executive Director, Phillips oversees the operations of a ten million-plus network. He uses a strong work ethic and dedication to spearhead major strategic shifts for transforming the workforce from a functional focus to innovation for the business and integrates ATN so that it supports the state of Alabama.

Previously, as City President, Phillips led business development for MidSouth Bank. He managed continued growth of the bank’s portfolio of loans and deposits and employees in the Barbour County market utilizing company guidelines, policies, and procedures and by establishing annual goals and budgets.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Education from Auburn University and an Associate degree in Science from Wallace Community College. When not hard at work representing Alabama Technology Network in the state, Keith enjoys spending time at home with his family and hunting.
