Alabaré
Since 1991 Alabaré has supported thousands of people in need who are homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless, veterans, young people, and people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. We provide homes together with specialist support and encouragement enabling them to gain the independence they need to move on with their lives. Alabaré has grown as an organisation around the principles of integrity, inclusiveness, empowerment, equality and collaboration. We believe that through care, compassion, generosity and respect we can help people overcome barriers and lead happy, fulfilling lives. As part of our supported long-term homes across England and Wales, we also run Homes for Veterans and two Wiltshire Development Centres. Furthermore, we provide training courses and a care service for Learning Disability clients living in supported accommodation. We welcome people of all faiths and none to our homes, and to be part of Alabaré. With a terrific team and a growing body of volunteers who help run our activities, we welcome your support and encouragement whether an individual, business or school.
