Mark Bates

Mark Bates is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in network management and systems consulting. Currently serving as Network Supervisor at Alachua County Library District since February 2019, Mark previously held the position of President at North Florida Technology Consultants, where responsibilities included network setup and support for small and medium businesses. Additional experience includes roles as Information and Communication Systems Manager at The Orthopaedic Institute and Sr. Information Systems Consultant at James Moore & Company. Mark holds a BS in Information Technology from Western Governors University and has completed an AS in Computer Information Systems and an AA in Psychology from Santa Fe Community College.
