Samuel Todorich

Samuel Todorich, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success and Operations at Alacriti since October 2023. Previously, Samuel held various leadership roles at Wiley from June 2009 to September 2023, including Director of Sales and Operations and Director of Customer Experience for Advancement Courses, where responsibilities encompassed sales operations, order fulfillment, and innovative service introduction. Additionally, Samuel led the Faculty and Technical Support operations at The Learning House, Inc., starting as Faculty Support Manager before advancing to Associate Director. Earlier experience includes technical support at Western Kentucky University and serving as the university mascot. Samuel holds a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a Systems Security Specialty from Western Kentucky University.
