Jim Pearl

Jim Pearl is the current CEO of Alacrity Solutions. Prior to this, they were the President of NCA Group from January 2009 to June 2016. NCA Group is a premier insurance services firm, specializing in daily and catastrophe loss adjusting and third party administration services for the property insurance market. Founded in 1984, NCA has established itself as a leading provider of insurance service solutions to P&C carriers of all sizes in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. Since 2010, NCA Group has acquired Gentry & Associates, NHI General Adjusters, PWP International, T.M. Mayfield & Company, TURCO Claims Services, and Woodland Claims.

From 2006 to 2009, Jim Pearl was the Co-Founder and Managing Director at StoneRidge Advisors. Prior to that, they were the Director at Cochran Caronia Waller from 1997 to 2006 where they focused on insurance-focused investment banking.

Jim Pearl has a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
