Jessica Szejer is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in research and development, having held positions at multiple companies in the medical and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at Alafair Biosciences, Inc. since April 2023, Jessica has previously worked as a New Product Development Engineer at Smith+Nephew and as a Research Engineer at Integra LifeSciences, where contributions included design verification and regulatory support. Prior roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Proteus Digital Health, Inc. and a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Mission Rubber Company involved designing and testing wearable device components and analyzing heat transfer in manufacturing processes.
