Greg A. Skistimas is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in food safety and quality management. Currently serving as the Director Of Quality Assurance at Alaffia since October 2021, Greg previously held the position of Senior Manager - Global Food Safety & Quality at Starbucks from August 2004 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading and developing comprehensive quality management programs. Greg began their career as Quality Assurance Manager at Quiznos, where a quality management department was established, and held the role of Food Technologist at Little Caesars, focusing on laboratory and operations management. Greg earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Washington State University between 1994 and 1999.
