Elliott Sheaves

Elliott Sheaves has extensive experience in management and business development, currently serving as the Owner and General Manager of Alair Homes since August 2015. Previous roles include Partner/Director of Business Development and Project Manager at Alair Homes, as well as Outside Sales Representative at Premier Custom Surfacing Inc. from November 2014 to August 2015. Prior to these positions, Elliott was the General Manager at Banner Lane Construction from July 2011 to October 2014, overseeing sales, projects, and operations for a company specializing in rubber safety surfacing and renovations. Early career experience includes serving as an ESL Teacher with the Jeollanamdo Language Program in South Korea, where Elliott taught conversation skills to middle school students. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Management degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Dalhousie University, earned in 2008.
