Joel McDaniel

Joel McDaniel has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as a franchise custom home and renovation contractor at Alair Homes since December 2012, which operates a network of over 110 locations across the US and Canada. As President of Carel Properties since March 2005, Joel has led a land banking and real estate development company, managing various developed projects for long-term rental income. Additionally, as President of McDaniel Investments, also established in March 2005, Joel focuses on the design, construction, and management of purpose-built rental properties across Canada, catering to both personal and investor portfolios. Joel's educational background includes studies at Mohawk College from 1999 to 2002.
