John Popp

John Popp is an experienced construction and renovation specialist, currently serving as a Partner at Alair Homes since May 2014, where the focus is on custom homes and renovations in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to this role, John held several key positions including Senior Project Manager at Johnson Controls, overseeing energy efficiency projects, and Vice President of Professional Services at Econstruction, managing professional services and customer support teams. Additional experience includes strategic project management at Nexacor and mechanical & electrical coordination at Eastern Construction Company Limited. John has also held various roles in previous companies from 1981 to 2002, including Vice President and Operations Manager. John Popp holds a Professional Quantity Surveyor designation from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors, along with education from Fanshawe College and Widdifield High School.
