Currently serving as Regional Partner at Alair Homes since July 2013, Roger manages projects focused on custom home building, renovations, and energy-efficient standards like Energy Star™, Net Zero™, and Passive House. Previously, as Owner/President of Tropics North from December 1993 to July 2014, Roger led the development of award-winning architectural building products and successfully completed hundreds of projects across Canada and the United States, specializing in high-rise, hospitality, and retail sectors.
