Aparna Sahajan

Aparna Sahajan has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology. Aparna is currently working as a Scientist at Alamar Biosciences, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at 10x Genomics from January 2022 to July 2022 as a Scientist. Aparna also has experience at Advanced Cell Diagnostics, where they held multiple roles. From October 2020 to January 2022, they worked as a Scientist. Before that, they served as a Senior Research Associate from June 2019 to October 2020 and as a Research Associate from April 2018 to June 2019.

Aparna's early work experience includes a research internship at DuPont Pioneer from May 2017 to December 2017. Aparna also worked as a Researcher at Iowa State University- Department of Biomedical Sciences from November 2016 to May 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Researcher at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences from November 2014 to February 2016.

Aparna's career began as an Undergraduate Researcher at Sathyabama University from August 2012 to April 2013. Aparna also gained internship experience at Rajiv Gandhi Centre For Biotechnology (RGCB) in November-December 2011.

Aparna Sahajan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Sathyabama University between 2009 and 2013. Later, between 2013 and 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering at Visvesvaraya Technological University. Finally, Aparna completed another Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences, General at Iowa State University from 2016 to 2017.
