Charlie X.

Charlie X has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Charlie'smost recent position was as an Instrument Engineer at Alamar Biosciences, Inc. starting in 2023.

Prior to that, Charlie worked at Nanōmix from 2019 to 2023, where they held multiple roles. Charlie began as a Mechanical Engineer Intern - Automation from June 2019 to April 2020. From May 2020 to May 2021, they served as a Mechanical Engineer Intern - Automation, where they customized an Automated Liquid Handling System for Manufacturing and programmed the BioDot Liquid Handling System for increased production capacity.

In 2020, Charlie also worked as a Project Manager at Zcruit and Athletes Renaissance from September 2020 to May 2021 and August 2020 to May 2021, respectively.

From 2018 to 2021, Charlie was involved with the Sports Analytics Group at Berkeley. Charlie served as a Board Member from May 2020 to May 2021, managing projects from sports organizations and overseeing new projects. Additionally, they worked as a Data Analyst & Project Manager, where they produced 4th-down decision charts based on yard line and developed regression algorithms.

Charlie has also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Data Analytics Consultant at the University of California, Berkeley from 2017 to 2020. Charlie gained experience as a Recruiting & Scouting Intern (Football) from July 2017 to June 2019.

Other notable positions include Data Analyst at Sparta Science from January to December 2019, Graphic Designer at The Daily Californian from January to May 2019, Mechanical Design Engineer at the Autonomous Underwater Vehicles Team at Berkeley from August 2018 to May 2019, and Research Assistant at Berkeley Lab from January to August 2018.

Charlie X attended Wichita Collegiate School from 2014 to 2017, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following this, from 2017 to 2021, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering & Bioengineering.
