Lily Hunter, BSN, RN, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lily began their career at Stanford Hospital & Clinics as a Charge Nurse in 2010 and was quickly promoted to Nurse Supervisor in 2015. In this role, they trained and assisted in hiring new nurses and medical assistants.
In 2016, Lily joined Sutter Health where they held multiple roles, including Care Transitions Coordinator, Community Case Manager, and Manager of Post-Acute Care for the Bay Area. Lily'sresponsibilities included improving continuity of care, establishing collaborative relationships with skilled nursing facilities, and organizing patients to establish more efficient workflow. Lily was recognized for their contributions and received the Sutter Health President's Award.
Most recently, Lily served as the Director of Social Determinants of Health at Alameda Alliance for Health. In this role, they developed new programming and standards for Community Supports services, improved collaboration between providers, and ensured quality care coordination services for the population served.

Lily Hunter, BSN, RN, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2000 to 2004. In 2009 to 2010, they furthered their education at Samuel Merritt University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Lily attended Saint Mary's College of California, where they completed an Executive MBA program.
