Kayla Williams

Kayla Williams, MPH, currently serves as the Medicare Stars Manager at Alameda Alliance for Health since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kayla held various positions at Privia Health from December 2022 to May 2025, including Senior Value Based Care Manager and Population Health Manager for California, Washington, and Montana. Kayla's experience at Community Health Partnership spanned from August 2019 to December 2022, where roles included Deputy Director of Population Health and Managed Care, as well as multiple Project Coordinator positions focusing on Population Health and Workforce Development. Earlier experience includes an internship at Community Health Partnership and a social enterprise practicum with the PICO National Network at the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship. Kayla holds a Master's degree in Public Health with an emphasis on Policy and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Public Health Science and Biology from Santa Clara University.
