Otis Ward

Otis Ward is an experienced community outreach professional with a robust background in program management and education. Currently, Otis serves as the Community Outreach Program Manager and Parent Educator/Fatherhood Specialist at Family Paths since May 2019. Simultaneously, Otis has held the position of Outreach Coordinator at Alameda Alliance for Health since July 2012. Prior roles include Program Manager for the Financial Literacy Program at Associated Community Action Program from 2005 to 2011, and Northern Region Manager at Operation HOPE from January 2001 to August 2005, focusing on community development. Otis holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University - East Bay, earned between 1980 and 1984.
