Regi Young is currently the Executive Director at Alameda County Community Food Bank since September 2021. Prior to this role, Regi held various leadership positions at Houston Food Bank, Feeding America, and BakerRipley. Regi has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Millsaps College, a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Studies from University of Houston-Clear Lake, and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Integrative Studies from Northeastern University.

Established in 1985, Alameda County Community Food Bank is a fast-growing, dynamic organization at the forefront of hunger‐relief efforts in the Bay Area.
