Caryn Bostrom Quezada

Caryn Bostrom Quezada is an experienced educator and yoga practitioner with a diverse background in teaching and wellness. Currently serving as a Teacher at the Alameda County Office of Education since 2021, Caryn has also founded Breathing Room Yoga, a non-profit dedicated to promoting wellness among youth and educators. Previous roles include teaching at various school districts, including Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District and Contra Costa County Office of Education, as well as working as a yoga instructor with certifications in Vinyasa and Yin styles. Caryn holds a BA in English from Seattle Pacific University and a Single Subject Teaching Credential from the University of Phoenix.
