Chaitanya Verma

Chaitanya Verma is an emerging leader in youth advocacy and health education, actively engaged in various roles that emphasize mental health, wellness, and community service. Currently serving as a Youth Advisory Board Member for the California Alliance of Child & Family Services and as an Intern at Stanford Medicine's REACH Lab, Chaitanya provides valuable insights on public policy matters. Leadership is demonstrated as the President of the Planned Parenthood Generation Action high school chapter and Co-President of Trivalley Excel, where instruction and community-focused initiatives are emphasized. Further involvement includes supporting mental health initiatives with the Alameda County Office of Education, volunteering at Kaiser Permanente, and conducting research at multiple organizations, including the Child Mind Institute and Think Neuro, Inc. Chaitanya's commitment to education and advocacy reflects a deep understanding of the intersection between health, policy, and youth engagement.
