Sara Green

Sara Green has extensive experience in the educational field, currently serving as Program Manager for Elementary Mathematics at Alameda County Office of Education since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sara held various positions at Oakland Unified School District, including Elementary Principal, where oversight included evaluating and mentoring a team of 24 staff and ensuring operational accountability for over 445 students. As an Elementary Math Specialist, Sara led the development of curriculum aligned with Common Core standards and implemented the OUSD Elementary Report Card. Additionally, Sara has served as a teacher, mentoring new educators and enhancing classroom materials across multiple grades. Sara's educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from California State University institutions.
