Ethan Burch is a senior administrative analyst at the Alameda County Water District, with experience in policy, planning, and program management since August 2017. Key responsibilities include leading affordability initiatives to ensure safe and affordable water access for customers, overseeing a customer assistance program, and managing a grant funding team that has secured over $20 million for district projects.
