Kelsi Oshiro is a skilled Water Resources Engineer with extensive experience in water resource planning and regulatory compliance. Currently employed at Alameda County Water District since January 2018, Kelsi has also held the role of Project Engineer, focusing on wastewater treatment and recycled water planning. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Engineer at the City of Palo Alto, where responsibilities involved data analysis and project scheduling. Earlier roles include Engineer-In-Training at Brown and Caldwell, where project tasks spanned water quality restoration and pipeline design, and internships at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District and MWH, gaining hands-on experience in civil engineering. Kelsi holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering from the University of the Pacific.
