Rosy Chan Pe

Rosy Chan, PE, PMP, is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in project management and electrical engineering. Currently serving as Engineer 3 at Alameda C since February 2017, Rosy manages complex programs and promotes project management principles in alignment with PMI standards. Previously, Rosy held positions as Engineer 2, Associate Electrical Engineer, and Project Engineer in various organizations, including EBMUD and California Department of Water Resources, where responsibilities included design and programming of electrical systems, preparation of technical documentation, and execution of public work projects. Rosy holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from San Francisco State University.
