Christina Nguyen

Christina Nguyen is a Housing and Community Development Specialist at Alameda County since June 2020, previously serving as a Housing Program Manager at the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development from January 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included monitoring sub-grantee performance for compliance. Prior to that, Nguyen was the Fair Housing Testing and Outreach Coordinator at Project Sentinel, conducting investigations related to housing discrimination. Additional experience includes roles as a Public Policy Fellow at the UC Davis Center for Poverty Research, evaluating policies, and as an Academic Peer Advisor in the UC Davis Asian American Studies Department, providing academic support. Nguyen has also interned at the City of Berkeley Department of Health, Housing, and Community Services and worked in various capacities at the City of Berkeley and UC Davis, gaining extensive experience in research, community development, and education. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis.
