Dayvonna Youngblood

DayVonna Youngblood, MBA, currently serves as the Departmental Personnel Officer (HR Manager) for Alameda County since November 2009, where responsibilities include preparing exam announcements, conducting job analyses, managing recruitment efforts, and advising departmental managers on employee selection. Previous experience includes roles such as Business Support Manager at Integnology and Executive Team Leader Human Resource Manager at Target, among other HR positions in diverse organizations. DayVonna earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from California State University, Fresno.
