Delia Torres

Delia Torres is an experienced instructional design trainer currently at Alameda County, where responsibilities include creating specialized curriculum and facilitating training for over 2,400 employees in the Social Services Agency. With a career that spans various roles, Delia has also worked as a freelance graphic designer and served as a Workforce Services Technician and Employment Specialist, providing training and support to federal grant contractors and at-risk youth, respectively.
