Michael Gibson

Michael Gibson, MPA, PCC is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Corps at Alameda County since April 2009, where the focus is on training young adults for careers in health and public safety while promoting workforce diversity through mentorship and leadership development. Additionally, since March 2016, Michael Gibson has been the CEO of Grand Strategy Consulting, LLC, which specializes in providing training and technical assistance in violence prevention, workforce development, healthcare services, and organizational leadership to local governments, foundations, and non-profit organizations across the nation. Michael Gibson holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor's Degree in English/Drama from Morehouse College.
