Dante Segura

Dante Segura has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dante began their career in 2007 at ResCare, where they worked in Marketing and Human Resources until 2015. In 2015, they joined Grifols as a Human Resource Recruiter, where they developed recruitment strategies and sourced candidates until 2017. From 2017 to 2023, Dante worked at Sutter Health as a Physician Recruiter, conducting interviews and guiding physicians through the onboarding process. Currently, they are employed at Alameda Health System as a Physician Recruiter.

Dante Segura pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2010 at the Universidad Adventista de las Antillas. Dante completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2013. Following this, in 2013, Dante enrolled at Interamericana de San German to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Dante completed their MBA in 2015.
