Camille Salter, DM, PMP, SSGB has extensive work experience in learning and development, project management, and operations management. Camille is currently working at Alameda Health System as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, where they manage learning and training programs, facilitates training sessions, and collaborates with stakeholders to identify and meet training needs. Prior to this, Camille worked at Pinx Catering as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw daily operations. Prior to that, they studied at California State University - East Bay from 2005 to 2007, obtaining a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Organizational Change. In 2001 to 2002, Camille attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Organizational Development & Behavior.

Additionally, Camille has acquired various certifications to complement their education. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the Everything DiSC® Certification- Virtual program through Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. In 2022, they became a certified Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent through the California Department of Real Estate and also obtained the ITIL Service Operation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
