Grace M.

Grace M. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and healthcare industry. Grace is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Alameda Health System since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kaiser Permanente as a Finance Manager from March 2017 to March 2021 and as a Lead Sr. Financial Analyst from October 2016 to March 2017.

Grace also held various roles at El Camino Hospital, including Finance Manager from January 2014 to October 2016, Interim Director of Finance from February 2013 to December 2013, and Sr. Financial Analyst from January 2007 to February 2013.

Before joining El Camino Hospital, they served as the Director of Revenue & Reimbursement at San Mateo Medical Center from November 2001 to January 2007 and as a Reimbursement Manager at UCSF Medical Center from March 1998 to November 2001.

At the beginning of their career, Grace worked as a Consultant at Toyon Associates, Inc from November 1991 to March 1998. Grace also had a brief role as a Medicare Auditor at Blue Cross of California from January 1991 to November 1991.

Grace M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Scranton, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
