System Care Management Project Coordinator at Alameda Health System

Jeanette Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeanette began their career as an Exam Proctor for Disability Services at the University of California, Merced in September 2015, a position they held until June 2017. During their tenure there, they also served as a Laboratory Assistant in the Biology Instructional Labs from August 2017 to May 2018. In addition, Jeanette was a Peer Health Educator at the university, starting as a Volunteer Intern from August 2015 to May 2016, then transitioning to a Paid Intern from August 2016 to May 2017, and finally becoming a Lead Intern from May 2017 to May 2018.
