Jennie Kwong

Jennie Kwong's work experience begins in 1985 at Shared Medical Systems, where they worked as an Advanced Programmer Analyst in various positions, eventually guiding the implementation and operation of administrative software for a hospital information system. Jennie then worked as an Implementation Programmer at Hospital Cost Consultants in 1993 before moving on to the role of Sr. Software Engineer at Health Systems Design in 1994. While at Health Systems Design, they served as the Development Manager and QA Manager for the DIAMOND 725 software development life cycle. Following this, they held the role of Application Development Specialist at Perot Systems Corp from 2000 until the acquisition by Dell, Inc. in 2009. At Dell Services, they continued as a Software Development Advisor, devising efforts for Kaiser to meet roadmap commitments and address production support issues. In 2016, they transitioned to NTT DATA, Inc. continuing in the role of Software Development Advisor, providing support for Kaiser regions on their legacy systems. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Alameda Health System as a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst, providing support for administrative and analytical functions within the revenue cycle functions.

Jennie Kwong has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay, which they earned from 1981 to 1985. In 2000 and 2001, they attended Chabot College, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
