Mabelle Joy Viera has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mabelle Joy began their career in 1984 as a Product Specialist & Sales Manager at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, where they worked for 18 years.

In 2003, they transitioned to a role as a Dialysis Nurse at San Pedro Hospital before becoming a BS in Nursing Instructor at San Pedro College in 2005. Mabelle Joy then worked as a Regular Full-Time Instructor at Carrington College from 2012 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2014, Mabelle served as a Didactic & Clinical Instructor at Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts. Mabelle Joy later joined the American College of Nursing as an Instructor from 2009 to 2015.
