Mai Santiago

Mai Santiago, MS, OTR/L is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at Alameda Health System since January 2023. Previously, Mai provided occupational therapy services at Pediatric Language Therapy Associates from March to August 2023 and completed Level II fieldwork at Joy & Laughter Developmental Therapy in mid-2022. Mai's expertise includes evaluating and implementing interventions for children with various diagnoses, including Autism and sensory processing disorders, as well as adults with traumatic injuries during earlier fieldwork experiences. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University of California and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the same institution. Prior to pursuing a career in occupational therapy, Mai worked as a tutor at Kumon Math and Reading Center from 2015 to 2021.
