Mark Fratzke

Mark S. Fratzke is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Alameda Health System since February 2021. Prior to this role, Mark owned Westridge Consulting Services and held leadership positions at Seton Medical Center as President/CEO and as Interim President/CEO at Verity Health System. Mark's extensive background includes serving as SVP & Area Manager at Kaiser Permanente, and returning to Alameda Health System as Chief Operating Officer. Mark's earlier career featured significant roles at Mayo Clinic Health System, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer, and at Mayo Clinic as Nurse Administrator. Mark holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University, a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University.
