Vanessa Rose

Vanessa Rose has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Supervisor of Internal Mobility at Alameda Health System since March 2018. In this role, Vanessa supports the recruitment team, managing the recruiting cycle and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires. Prior to this, Vanessa worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included reviewing transfer requests, providing candidate support, and managing requisition files. Vanessa's earlier experience at Walmart included positions such as Field Project Manager, Health and Wellness Coordinator, and Personnel Manager, focusing on staff management and recruitment processes. Vanessa holds a diploma in General Studies from Lewisville High School, earned in 1985.
