Dima Djani

Dima Djani serves as the Group CEO at Hijra, previously known as ALAMI, since December 2022, where efforts are focused on advancing the Islamic finance industry through innovative technology and adherence to sharia principles. Dima has been the Group CEO at ALAMI since August 2018, emphasizing the growth of a team dedicated to transforming sharia-compliant financing for SMEs to positively impact the economy. Additional roles include serving as an advisor at Antler since November 2021 and previously as Vice President at Société Générale, where Dima represented Indonesia and facilitated deals in the energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors. Prior experience also includes an associate position at Citi, managing top-tier clients in corporate investment banking. Dima holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from RMIT University.
