James Nichols

James Nichols is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate and investment. As the Managing Partner at Agave Land & Development since January 2022, James also serves as an Investor and Member at Alamo Angels, an organization focused on early-stage investments in high-growth potential companies. Additionally, James founded Squatch Storage, which specializes in outdoor RV, boat, and trailer storage. As the Owner/Operator of Lost Woods Campground, James oversees over 55 acres of campsites in the Texas Hill Country. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at JLL, Board Member at the South San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, and various committee positions in influential organizations. James holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Brigham Young University.
